1. Scope of Services
We provide auto body repair, paint, and related services. Appointments may be booked directly or through insurance Direct Repair Programs (DRP). Any services performed are subject to written estimates, insurance approvals, and signed work authorizations.
2. Insurance DRP Appointments
If your appointment is scheduled through your insurance carrier:
All repairs are subject to insurer approval.
Additional damage found during repairs may require a supplemental estimate and insurer authorization.
You are responsible for any charges not covered or approved by your insurer, including your deductible.
3. Estimates & Authorizations
Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden damage may affect cost and repair time. No repairs will be performed without a signed work authorization.
4. Repair Warranty
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, unless otherwise stated in writing. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. This warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear
Subsequent accidents or damage
Environmental damage (e.g., rock chips, rust, weather)
5. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays due to parts availability, insurer approvals, or unforeseen circumstances
Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
Vehicle issues unrelated to the collision repairs performed
6. Storage Fees
Vehicles left beyond three (3) business days after completion may be subject to daily storage fees unless prior arrangements are made.
7. Website Use
You may not use our website to post false information, make fraudulent appointments, or attempt to access non-public systems. All content on this website is for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repairs. We accept insurance checks, cash, and approved credit cards. Any returned payments will incur fees.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our shop operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
